Need to find a GOOD Caterer in Hawaii for wedding?

I'm trying not to go through a wedding coordinator for my wedding in Hawaii. Does anyone know of a good caterer in Oahu or any other island? (we have not yet decided which island to be married on). thanks for any help!

1. You can find bargain caterers in craigslist. I have used craigslist in the past to find other services before and I am satisfied. It works!
2. good food is tough in hawaii. I'd say see if you could go through Duke's restaurant on Oahu. They would be the best food in my opinion. p.s. I higly reccommend using a wedding coordinator. I'm really cheap but ours (we only hired one for the ceremony only) saved my life that day. Looking back I'd hire her for all of it. On that day something will go wrong and someone will have to handle it. If it isn't the wedding coordinator it will be you guys. . .
