hawaii civil marriage problem?

I need to know the requirements for a civil marriage on the island of oahu. Both me and my fiance are in the army and wanna get it done and outta the way. What do i need to bring with me to the Justice of the peace and what kinda requirements does it have? Also if there is a way we could get it done on base would that be easier? Please any information is helpful. If someone could walk me through this i would greatly appreciate it.

1. my family is military and I don't think the base will marry you...best guess for you is to go to the justice of the peace...they usually only require proof of id $40 and a smile...good luck in your future!!!
